Terms of Service

1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your enrolment in and use of the AI-Powered Practical Accounting Programme ("Programme") offered by Saiph Academy, the training division of Saiph Business Solutions LLP, located at Kavungal, Malappuram, Kerala, India ("Saiph Academy", "we", "us", or "our").
By registering for the Programme, making a payment, or attending any session, you ("Student", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not proceed with enrolment.
2. Eligibility
To enrol in the Programme, you must meet the following criteria:
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of enrolment.
- Have completed or be in the process of completing a B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent degree; OR be a CA student (Pre-Articleship); OR be a working accountant with 1–3 years of experience; OR be a career switcher from fields such as BPO, IT, or administration.
- Have a working knowledge of basic mathematics and English comprehension.
- Not have any outstanding dues from a previous batch at Saiph Academy.
Saiph Academy reserves the right to assess eligibility on a case-by-case basis and may decline an application at its sole discretion without providing reasons.
3. Enrolment & Admission
3.1 Registration
Enrolment is confirmed only upon receipt of the registration fee (₹5,000) and submission of required documents. Seats are limited per batch due to the audit firm's operational capacity, and enrolment is on a first-come, first-served basis.
3.2 Programme Fee
The total Programme fee is ₹45,000 per student, inclusive of all training materials, access to live accounting tools, and the certification process. Fees may be paid in instalments as agreed at the time of enrolment. The payment schedule will be communicated in writing at the time of registration.
3.3 Seat Confirmation
Your seat is confirmed only after the registration fee of ₹5,000 is received. Saiph Academy reserves the right to reallocate unconfirmed seats to other applicants.
3.4 Accommodation
Hostel accommodation is available for outstation students at an additional cost. Please contact us directly for availability and pricing before enrolment.
4. Programme Terms
4.1 Programme Structure
The Programme is a 3-month intensive training consisting of 360 hours of Theory, Practical, and Live Work spread across three phases:
- Phase 1 (Month 1): Foundation & Software — Core Accounting Principles, Tally Prime, MS Excel, GST Fundamentals, Introduction to AI Tools.
- Phase 2 (Month 2): Compliance & Taxation — GST Return Filing, ITC Reconciliation, Income Tax (ITR-1 & ITR-4), TDS, Labour Law (EPF & ESI), Zoho Books.
- Phase 3 (Month 3): Live Work & Application — Real company accounts, GST & TDS on live portals, Financial Reporting, MIS, Capstone Project, Mock Interviews.
4.2 Training Environment
Training takes place inside a live audit firm environment at Saiph Business Solutions LLP, Kavungal, Malappuram. Students will work on actual client accounts under the direct supervision of practicing CA and CMA professionals. Students must maintain confidentiality of all client data encountered during the Programme (see Section 5).
4.3 Certification
Upon successful completion of the Programme and payment of all dues, students will receive:
- A Saiph Academy Certificate of Completion
- Medhavi University academic credit, issued via Digilocker
Certification is contingent on satisfactory attendance (minimum 80%), completion of assignments, and conduct in accordance with these Terms.
4.4 Schedule Changes
Saiph Academy reserves the right to modify batch dates, session timings, or curriculum content to reflect current industry requirements or operational needs. Students will be notified of any material changes in advance.
4.5 No Job Guarantee
While the Programme prepares students for job-readiness through practical training, mock interviews, and placement guidance, Saiph Academy does not guarantee employment or a specific salary package upon completion.
5. Student Conduct & Confidentiality
5.1 Code of Conduct
Students are expected to maintain professional conduct at all times within the audit firm environment. This includes punctuality, respectful communication with instructors and peers, and compliance with all instructions given by the training team.
5.2 Confidentiality
As training takes place in a live audit firm environment, students will have access to real client data and confidential business information. Students are strictly prohibited from:
- Sharing, disclosing, or copying any client data encountered during training.
- Taking photographs or screenshots of client files, portals, or financial records.
- Using any client information for personal, commercial, or academic purposes outside of Saiph Academy's training activities.
Breach of confidentiality may result in immediate dismissal from the Programme without refund and may attract legal liability under applicable Indian law.
5.3 Device & Tool Usage
Students must use the tools and software provided or authorised by Saiph Academy during training. Unauthorised installation of software or misuse of training hardware may result in disciplinary action.
6. Intellectual Property
All training materials, presentations, worksheets, templates, videos, and other content provided during the Programme are the intellectual property of Saiph Academy and/or Saiph Business Solutions LLP. Students are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use these materials solely for personal learning during the Programme.
Students may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, or publish any training content without prior written consent from Saiph Academy.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Saiph Academy shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from participation in the Programme.
- Loss of employment opportunity, income, or career outcomes following completion or non-completion of the Programme.
- Any technical failures related to third-party tools such as Tally Prime, Zoho Books, GST portals, or AI tools used during training.
- Personal injury or property damage not directly caused by Saiph Academy's negligence.
Saiph Academy's total liability to any student shall not exceed the total Programme fee paid by that student.
8. Termination & Withdrawal
Saiph Academy reserves the right to terminate a student's enrolment without refund in cases of:
- Breach of confidentiality (Section 5.2)
- Persistent misconduct or violation of the code of conduct
- Non-payment of Programme fees as per the agreed schedule
- Providing false information during the admission process
Students who wish to withdraw voluntarily must notify Saiph Academy in writing. Refunds for voluntary withdrawal are governed by our Refund Policy.
9. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual discussion. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Malappuram, Kerala, India.
